Pourquoi HEAD devait sortir de son monolithe eCommerce\n\nLa plateforme historique reposait sur un socle unique : interface web, moteur de commande, catalogue et intégrations tierces partageaient le même code.  \nConséquences :\n\n- Chaque évolution front pouvait impacter commandes et stocks  \n- Les déploiements étaient risqués et coûteux  \n- Les délais de mise en production s’allongeaient\n\nChaque nouvelle fonctionnalité impliquait :\n\n- Un déploiement complet du monolithe  \n- Des tests de non-régression massifs  \n- Une coordination lourde entre produit, IT, finance, logistique  \n\n💡 **À retenir**  \nUn monolithe devient, au-delà d’un certain seuil, une contrainte organisationnelle et stratégique, pas seulement technique.\n\nPour une marque internationale comme HEAD, les limites étaient critiques avec la gestion simultanée de :\n\n- Catalogues par pays et par marque  \n- Devises, moyens de paiement locaux  \n- Langues, contenus, fiscalités  \n\nCela entraînait :\n\n- Duplication de configuration et de code  \n- Dette technique croissante  \n- Risque d’incohérence entre pays et marques  \n\nEn parallèle, la stratégie direct-to-consumer exigeait plus d’agilité.
