Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Affiliate" means any individual or entity accepted into the CoreProse Affiliate Program. "Commission" means the percentage of recurring revenue paid to the Affiliate for each Qualified Sale. "Qualified Sale" means a new paying subscription generated through the Affiliate's unique referral link, where the customer remains active for at least 30 days. "Program" means the CoreProse Affiliate Program as described herein.

2. Enrollment & Acceptance

Enrollment is open to all applicants. CoreProse reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Upon acceptance, the Affiliate receives a unique referral link and access to the affiliate dashboard.

The commission rate is 35% of recurring subscription revenue. Rates may be adjusted with 60 days' written notice to all active Affiliates (see Section 13).

3. Commission & Payment

Commissions are recurring: the Affiliate earns their commission rate on each monthly payment made by the referred customer, for as long as the customer remains an active subscriber.

A sale is qualified only after the referred customer has maintained an active paid subscription for at least 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations within this period void the commission.

Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or Wise. Minimum payout threshold: 50 EUR. Commissions are paid in EUR.

The Affiliate is solely responsible for all applicable taxes on commission earnings in their jurisdiction.

4. Commission Rate Re-evaluation

Commission rates are re-evaluated monthly based on the Affiliate's current Domain Authority (OpenPageRank). If the Affiliate's PageRank increases, the new higher rate applies immediately.

If the Affiliate's PageRank decreases, a grace period of 2 consecutive months applies before the lower rate takes effect. The Affiliate is notified by email of any upcoming rate change.

CoreProse reserves the right to adjust the commission grid (baseline and maximum rates) with 60 days' written notice to all active Affiliates.

5. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote CoreProse through:

• Blog posts, articles, and written reviews on their own website(s)
• Email newsletters sent to their own opt-in subscribers
• Social media posts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Video content (reviews, tutorials, comparisons)
• Podcast mentions and sponsorships
• Online communities (Reddit, IndieHackers, forums) with transparent disclosure

6. Prohibited Promotional Methods

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Unsolicited email (spam) or messages to individuals who have not opted in
• Paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) bidding on "CoreProse", "Core Prose", or any misspelling or variation of the CoreProse brand name
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial referral generation
• Promotion on websites containing adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content
• Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about CoreProse features, pricing, or performance
• Impersonating CoreProse, its employees, or creating fake endorsements
• Incentivized clicks or sign-ups (paying users to click your referral link)

7. Disclosure & FTC Compliance

The Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection with CoreProse in all promotional content. This includes, but is not limited to, using statements such as "affiliate link", "I earn a commission", or "sponsored".

This disclosure must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides (US), the Consumer Rights Directive (EU), and any applicable local regulations regarding commercial endorsements.

Failure to properly disclose the affiliate relationship may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's account.

8. Brand Usage

The Affiliate may use the CoreProse name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting the Program, using only the official assets provided in the affiliate dashboard.

The Affiliate must not modify, distort, or alter the CoreProse logo or brand materials in any way. Use of CoreProse branding must not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment beyond the affiliate relationship.

CoreProse reserves the right to request removal of any promotional material that does not comply with these brand guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All CoreProse trademarks, logos, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of CoreProse. The Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for promoting the Program in accordance with these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

CoreProse provides the Program "as is" without warranty of any kind. CoreProse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CoreProse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Affiliate's promotional activities, content, or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. CoreProse may terminate an Affiliate's participation immediately and without notice in case of violation of these terms.

Upon termination, all pending qualified commissions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule. The Affiliate must immediately cease all use of CoreProse brand materials and remove or disable all referral links.

Termination does not affect commissions already earned on active subscriptions referred before the termination date.

12. Data Protection (GDPR)

CoreProse collects and processes the following Affiliate data: name, email address, website URL, payment information (PayPal/Wise), referral statistics, and Domain Authority scores.

This data is processed on the legal basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is retained for the duration of the affiliate relationship plus 5 years for accounting purposes.

13. Modifications

CoreProse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this Agreement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meaux (Seine-et-Marne), France.
